I highly recommend John to anyone looking for help with their computer. I got a virus on my laptop about a month ago and I was essentially locked out of my computer. It was the ransom virus. I could not even get into my start screen or start in safe mode. John came over and very systematically went through my computer to figure out how to fix it. He is very patient and very knowledgeable. Bottom line is, he fixed it and now it runs like new. I was told that when you get the ransoms virus you have to either pay to get your files back or just have to buy a new computer. Well I did not have to do that thanks to John. John was able to save all of my files. I had a lot of pictures of family on there and also had years of files for work. I was worried I would lose everything But I did not thanks to John. I was back working like nothing happened the very next day.
